General Provisions:
Alcohol and Drug Driving Safety (ADDS) education and treatment services shall be restricted to those arrested, convicted of, or receiving deferred prosecutions, sentences or judgements for alcohol / other drug offenses related to driving, boating, or flying.
Information provided by the client during therapy sessions is legally confidential, except for certain legal exceptions. Exceptions include the mandatory reporting of child abuse or neglect or criminal or delinquecy proceedings.

- Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
- Driving While Ability is Impaired (DWAI)
- Boating Under the Influence (BUI)
- Flying Under the Influence (FUI).
Lighthouse Counseling Center provides Drug & Alcohol treatment for the above related offenses by providing the Level I Education, Level II Education, and Level II Therapy in a group session format approved by the State of Colorado.
All group session shall not regularly exceed the allotted 12 clients per group session, per counselor.
Individual sessions may be scheduled with the primary therapist. Some restrictions apply.
Adjunct Services:
Random Lab tested Urine-Analysis (UA's) screenings
Disulfiram monitoring (Antabuse)
Naltrexone monitoring
Random Pulmonary Breath Analysis (BA's) testing.

Proof of enrollment and/or discharge shall be provided
to all referring agencies.
A monthly report shall be prepared for those agencies
that are not currently connected to the DBH, DACODS / TMS system of monitoring, or for those that are continuing to monitor after court mandated classes have been completed.
All clients at The Lighthouse Counseling Center, Inc.
are encouraged to attend at least one
Mother's Against Drunk Drivers - Victim Impact Panel (MADD)
during their enrollment to address the
victim's-side of their behavior.
